Subject	How do I find some info on the guy who bought my Z?

Message	I sold my last Z in August 2003, and that guy apparently didn't register the car and got some parking tickets. I've mailed in the "release of liability" form to DMV after I sold the car, but it's been 6 months and I don't remember that guy's name and address anymore. I only remember his first name and the city he lives in. Is there a way I can find his info, so I can take care of the parking tickets?
